Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure the efficient management of our schedule and to accommodate other clients, we enforce the following cancellation policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client. No Show: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." Cancellation Fee: For any cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged. This fee will be applied to the credit card on file or requested for payment upon your next visit. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Confirmation: We highly recommend confirming your appointment via the provided methods (call, email, or text) to ensure accuracy and avoid any misunderstandings.
